Lineup:

Underfoot - Audiognomes - Austin, Texas

Underfoot is a nimble, Puckish gnome, small in stature but large in sound. A peddler of many potions, his sets will perk your ears, tug at your heartstrings and yank at your extremities. Just watch where you step!  A rare treat, indeed!

un·der·foot Pronunciation: -'fut Function: adverb 1 : under the foot especially against the ground [trampled the flowers underfoot] 2 : below, at, or before one's feet [warm sand underfoot] 3 : in the way [gnomes always getting underfoot]

D.N.X. - danefex.com, Chicago, Illinois

dan efex is well known for his ability to draw a frenzied excitement out of even the mellowest of crowds. It is not uncommon to see fans packed shoulder to shoulder, hands in the air, as he leads them through an energetic and intoxicating journey on the dance floor. There are many who consider him to be one of the founders of the Midwest’s trance scene, a scene that is still strong and growing today. He was one of the first to introduce the Midwest to the soaring build-ups and powerful explosions characteristic of some of his styles of trance. But although Dan is perhaps best known for his trance, do not be fooled &#8212 he is as diverse as he is skilled! His repertoire of past events includes sets with progressive trance, psychedelic trance, hard techno, hard core, hard house, slow breaks, tribal and ambient. He mixes it up and keeps it interesting. His unfailing ability to read the crowd and know precisely what to plug in ensures that he leaves no stragglers behind on his musical excursions.

Professor X - Meta enTrance / Trance Psyndicate - Phoenix, Arizona

Known for his intense, sophisticated and high-energy sound, Professor X is a well respected dj in the Mid-West psychedelic music scene. The Professor is well-known for his captivating aura, attracting people onto the dance floors with his driving high energy orchestration of sound. Innovative and spontaneous, he reads a crowd and spins mental mayhem to amplify the energy on the dance floor, keeping crowds stomping well into the sunshine of the day. While constantly requested to provide boomin full on daytime sets, he has revealed an entirely original dark psy style which infuses higher resonancing.

Nick Synergy - Overmind Works / Sonic Dragon Records - Phoenix, Arizona

Nick Synergy hails from the southern Midwest. After some experience as a mainstream DJ, he caught the techno bug in 1992, ironically from the radio. The newfound rave culture also fascinated him, and thus he became increasingly absorbed by DJing and electronic music. He began beatmatching in 1995 and has been immersed in many facets of underground dance culture ever since.

He’s a bit of an idealist, but something of a realist. He has a benevolent nature and brings a solid work ethic to creating and promoting events. Gravitating toward the funky, groovy, and progressive sides of electronic music, the dynamic vibe this man carries is best demonstrated by the music he plays.

Psych0tron - Deadbeat Productions - Madison, Wisconsin

DJ psych0tron (aka b0b Hensley) is a dark electronic DJ currently residing in Madison, WI. He has been bringing aggressive dance beats to various parts of Wisconsin since 1999, getting his start co-founding, promoting, and DJing what was Wisconsin's only all-ages goth/industrial night of the time (Kaos @ The Kage).

Currently, every second Wednesday(HaL0) at Madison's Club Inferno features DJs psych0tron and Mindphaser tag-teaming the dance floor with an aggressive blend of EBM, industrial, goth, synth, and noise. psych0tron is also a live member of the band Sensuous Enemy.

WhiteRabbit - Deadbeat Productions - Madison, Wisconsin

WhiteRabbit is a brutal and varied dancefloor mix of electro, industrial, ebm, powernoise, gothic, synth, techno, and hard trance beats. A devout beat-matcher, he also incoporates samples, loops, effects, and live mash-ups (which he calls live hybrids) into his mixing. As a versatile as a DJ should be, he specifically tailors his mixes to each individual event and scene. (Bio Pending)

Dreamsequence - PTLF / Organic Grooves - Champaign-Urbana, Illinois

Bio Pending.

Tim Clark - Independent - St. Louis, Missouri

During the year of 1998 Tim started to get involved with Electronic Dance Music. Attending the weekly events at the Cheetah Club in downtown St.Louis,  he was exposed to the some of the best local and national From Frankie Bones, Josh Wink, Juan Atkins, John Acquaviva, Nigel Richards, and Dan. On November 17, 1999 he attended my first Underground Event at the Lemp Brewery. He was esmerized by the sounds pumped out by the local St. Louis Dj's, Foster, Dankskii, Nitro, Stan Doublin, Hypo, Dan Efex. This lead him to dive head first into djing, dancing and buying vinyl.  This is a rare psytrance set from Tim... Couldn't ask for a better opener.

Derby - Chilluminati / TOUCH Samadhi - Chicago, Illinois

In his life as a traveler, Derby came upon the sounds of psychedelica in Europe. Settling soon thereafter in Chicago, he became a resource that pulled those with similar musical tastes together. Derby has since proven to positively affect the Midwest Psy/Goa music scene by being a driving force behind Touch Samadhi &amp a founding member of The Chilluminati. You can expect to hear a skillful set of funky melodic soundscaping electronica.

Geist - djgeist.com / 217mafia.com - Champaign-Urbana, Illinois

DJ Geist has kept a pair of technics turntables nearby and accessible for close to a decade. When he moved to Paris for a year, he boxed up his decks, stuffed them in a duffel bag, and had to keep refreshing the timer on a train station locker while he searched for a place to live. He got his first exposure to drum and bass checking out Hive's Konkrete Jungle nights in Los Angeles, which is the town where he also saw legends like LTJ Bukem, Grooverider, Kemistry, and Storm. His record collection is immense and he is a regular DJ and strong supporter of the electronic music scene in Urbana-Champaign (ucdnb.com), where he is now a teacher and aspiring professional philosopher.

Live mixes by DJ Geist always feature the latest upfront drum and bass tunes, but he also strives to incorporate older classics and overlooked gems into his sets. Whether it is oldschool hardcore jungle techno, smooth drum and bass, bombastic anthems, or tech-stepping rollers, DJ Geist knows the score and wants you to let go and enjoy yourself. DJ Geist especially loves supporting underground electronic events, which he considers the last bastion for non-commercial creativity for manipulators of futuristic beats! His first appearance within the psychedelic scene is sure to bring atmospheric, fluid drum &#8216n bass to help you chillax along the way.

SorceryKid - IDG Productions - Champaign-Urbana, Illinois

For over eight years, Randall has been actively involved in the C-U dance music scene, between engineering sound and lighting for various concerts to routinely spinning at local club nights. With samplers, drum machines, and turntables in hand, Randall enjoys reworking incarnations of hard-hitting EBM, oldskool industrial, new wave classics, and 80s goth rock infused with his trademark arsenal of live remixing and mashup tricks. Randall has held past weekly residencies at Mike &amp Molly's Bar (2001-2002), at Chester Street Bar (2005-2006), and at former Club E'llusions (2007) in Champaign. Currently he spins industrial-electronic dance each Monday at Chester Street Bar.

With his technical background in nightclub sound reinforcement and DMX intelligent lighting combined with his passion for mixing electronic music in a high-energy dance environment, he endeavors to open Champaign's first underages video dance club, The Zone Nightclub.

Gnomes of Destruction - Audiognomes - Madison, Wisconsin

Gnomes of Destruction is a collaborative effort between two brothers, PsiloPsyBen and Saeros, who strive to bring you the darkest beats in Psytrance. The darkness that flows from the speakers will consume you, taking you to the depths of your mind, twisting it until your ego falls into the primal nature of Id. Super-ego has no place here and GoD wishes to bring you to the depths of your psyche.

GeaL - Audiognomes - Madison, Wisconsin

Since his first EDM experience at an NYC psytrance gathering in 2003, Adam has embraced the bug and never looked back.  The intriguing quirks and irresistible drive of the music have kept him with an insatiable hunger for the various flavors of the psy-spectrum.   In 2004, Adam adopted the moniker GeaL and began working the faders &#8216n knobs.

GeaL has played throughout the Midwest, serving up all varieties of blazin' psychedlica.  From morning to night, for stomping or squirming, GeaL will dish out what's necessary.

VJ Mason Dixon *~Live Visuals~* - MGChicago / VJMasonDixon.Com - Chicago, IL

Mason Dixon aims to reawaken a sense of wonder about one’s environment. The goal is to revitalize the viewer’s perception and attention to detail. No hidden meanings, Just reaction, contemplation and a search for meaning. The reflection will reveal your personality and the nature of your sensibilities.
