Sorry to hear that the deco people are getting burnt out.

I'll offer to help in the future. I dont have anything materials wise to contribute at this point, but feel free to use me for labor.

and on another note, I know the sets were recorded this past weekend. Who did that and how can we get access to them?  I would love to have mine for selfish purposes, but would love to hear Medisins set again, and this now famous Ooze set that i unfortunatley missed

My recorder crapped out twice. I got NADA!

iRiver is crap. The recorder I have is top notch. It's not the product - it's the user who fucked up - i.e. - me.

We will still do at least 2 events a year and we will show up to do and finish deco several days before the event begins. Like for CSFM we would drive up on Wednesday so we could have had all day Thursday to do deco. That's the only way we will ever do it again. Of course that eats into our vacation time, and I lose money on taking days off work. so that's why we expect to be only able to do it maybe twice a year.

So if there are any deco artists out there you have your chance now to step in.

Sorry to hear that the deco people are getting burnt out.

yeah I can only see myself doing one or 2 deco pieces a year and would have to plan on it with extra days off before and after an event.  but I do want them to be killer when i do something.  I otherwise don't know how you and deb do it at each event.

Damn, no pictures of me.  This always happens.  Tongue

I finally recognized you...after I walked past you.  Then I was too shy to turn around and say hello.  I really am very shy believe it or not.  I did say to myself though " I shall challenge my shyness and say hi to that Phil guy the next time I see him".  Always worried people would think I'm a stalker or something if I say I know them just from their pic or profile or postings on a forum thing.  It would actually be the polite thing to do to stop and say hello if you recognize someone.  I did intro myself to Ben's brother though but only because you guys look so much alike that I just knew he was your brother.    Grin

I knew that that was you too!  Though this damn shyness thing is pretty common.  I'm typing right now with one hand as the other is in a splint (damn ganglion cysts!)  so I would type more but its kinda hard.  I had a lot of fun.  Cold was a nice change from the heat at the past events,  Damn wind though.  I enjoyed the deco and the sound.  I look forward to seeing all of you again soon!

Again I would ramble more but its hard the day after surgery... but I enjoyed the entire weekend and you all have my deepest gratitude for an excellent vacation from my 9-5  (actually more of a 7:30 to 3:40).

one final note:  MORE INDUSTRIAL!!! MORE MEDISIN!!  MORE KOUROSH AND CONVOLUTION!!!!

I loved the wind...I got to fly a kite!  Haven't done that in years.  I think I will fly more kite's in the future...at least once a year now.

I hate ticks!  What a creepy little bug.  I found one in my back when I got home.  eeewww

Alot of posters on this forum have experience typing with one hand.

Not me!  It's so big that I have to use two hands so I learned to type with my toes.   Grin
